FARM TO FORK

We are collaborating with FLYING FORK CATERING and offering a new CSA option which combines the best of two worlds...farm fresh ingredients and specialty prepared foods.  We call it FARM to FORK.  You'll call it delicious.  And convenient.  KNOW GOOD will supply a half share worth of fresh seasonal food from our farm and combine it with chef-inspired meals prepared by FLYING FORK.  Pick up here at the farm or let us know if you want it delivered to your door.  FARM TO FORK will begin in June and run for 14 weeks.

Barbara Helish and Carol Bean worked together in years past and are excited to be offering this new option.  Great food brought them together years ago when Carol worked for Barbara in her incomparable restaurant, Bella Luna.  Barbara has started her own catering company which uses many ingredients from our farm and together we hatched the idea for FARM TO FORK.

Chef’s Choice /14 Weeks – Enjoy 1 farm fresh main entree and 1 pantry item each week.

Option Two

Your Choice / 14 Weeks – Enjoy your choice of 2 main entrees, 1 lunch item and 1 pantry item each week.

No Commitment – Add items to Plan A or Plan B, or choose this plan for a more flexible schedule (weekly minimums apply.)
